Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your jewelry purchase! If you are not satisfied with your item, you may exchange or return it within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 3 days for processing during busy peak seasons.

• We are not responsible for shipping costs for returned items.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Received Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@nancyyuanjewelry.com. We will do our best to remedy the situation by either replacing or fixing it (if it's a one of a kind item).

To help us process your claim, please take pictures of the damaged item and email them to us. We will then issue you a shipping label so you can return the damaged item to us. Once we receive the damaged item, we will reissue you a new piece.
